During their visit, guests can support the local economy and environment by participating in various cultural events, using public transportation, eating local on site cultivated organic vegan food, being as zero waste as possible, using natural cosmetics, repellents, shampoos, etc., living in buildings made from natural materials, in harmony with Mother Nature. The traditional Mozambican round huts have a thick wall made of reet and a reet/gras roof that keeps the accomodations naturally cool and is very cosy. Windows and beds have mosquito nets.
