TAM – Traditional African Medicine

Fully blossoming „Mphahlachufa“ – Vernonia Colorata gets visited by hundreds of magnificent butterflies 🦋and other thirsty insects 🐝. It’s a medicinal plant traditionally curing cough, fever, hepatitis, gastritis, venereal diseases and skin eruptions. I’m feeling blissful and delighted by the beauty that Mother Nature created on the land that I’m safeguarding, nurturing and regenerating with her loving support.
