In 2006, I founded the communications agency SYMBIOSE EINS` in Cologne, Germany, specialising in marketing, public relations and strategic communication for companies committed to sustainability. For many years, I helped organisations strengthen their visibility, communicate their values and develop credible sustainability strategies.

Since relocating to Mozambique in 2016, my professional focus has shifted increasingly towards regenerative land management, agroforestry and circular living. In 2017, I founded Tchambalakate Lda., and since 2019 I have been transforming nearly one hectare of land in Maputo Bay into a living laboratory for regenerative agriculture, biodiversity conservation and circular resource management.
Today, Tchambalakate serves as a demonstration site where practical solutions are developed, tested and shared. The project combines agroforestry, tree nurseries, composting, biochar, nutrient cycling, natural building, renewable energy and biodiversity monitoring while documenting both successes and failures as part of an ongoing learning process.
Alongside my own projects, I work with organisations, companies and development initiatives in the fields of regenerative agriculture, sustainable land use and climate-friendly technologies. Since 2021, I have also worked as an independent auditor for sustainable agriculture, carrying out certification audits in Mozambique.
Beyond Tchambalakate, I enjoy connecting people, organisations and ideas. I initiated AMO Agrofloresta, the Mozambican Platform for Regenerative Agriculture, Reforestation and Biodiversity, to strengthen knowledge exchange and collaboration among practitioners throughout the country.
I believe that lasting change does not happen through perfect solutions, but through experimentation, cooperation and the willingness to keep learning.
